Radiologic Technologist/ PACS Administrator
MLR is seeking a Radiologic Technologist/PACS Administrator to join a prominent hospital system in Southern Georgia. In this role, you will manage the daily operations of the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) throughout the facility. Schedule: Days
Pay: $74,604 - $97,438
Radiologic Technologist/ PACS Administrator Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Manager or Director of Medical Imaging, along with Providers, Physicians, Cardiology, and IT teams, to effectively coordinate the PACS (Picture Archiving and Communications System).
  • Supervise daily PACS operations to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Oversee the management and monitoring of medical imaging data, ensuring secure, accurate storage, retrieval, and archiving
Radiologic Technologist/ PACS Administrator Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Technology, Radiologic Technology, Computer Science
  • Certified Imaging Informatics Professional (CIIP)
  • Experience with PACS
  • Familiar with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
  • Knowledge of Medical Imaging Modalities
  • 3-5 Years of Supervisor Experience
