Job Summary

The Warehouse Carton Packer is responsible for verifying, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This position ensures that all orders are accurate, securely packaged, and presented in a professional manner before shipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.  Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (Possible Overtime)

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify picked orders against packing documentation to ensure accuracy.
  • Inspect products for damage or discrepancies prior to packing.
  • Pack products securely and attractively using appropriate packing materials
  • Seal cartons and apply shipping labels accurately.
  • Prepare packages for carrier pickup and outbound shipment or staging lanes for RF Fager shipments
  • Utilize RF scanners and warehouse systems as required
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, including staging and order preparation.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, packing, shipping, or order fulfillment experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and follow packing slips and shipping documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer and RF scanner experience preferred
