Schedule Options:

• Monday – Friday: 4 x 10-hour shifts (rotating days off)
• Monday – Friday: 5 x 8-hour shifts
• (Hours may vary based on operational needs)

Are you ready to help improve the lives of others? Accredo, Evernorth's specialty pharmacy, is hiring Packers to support our pharmacy warehouse operations. This is a non-patient-facing and non-clinical role focused on packing completed prescription orders in a controlled warehouse environment. You will be responsible for ensuring medications are packed accurately, securely, and in compliance with pharmacy and quality standards to support safe and timely delivery.

What you'll do:

• Pack completed prescription orders while ensuring accuracy and proper handling
• Prepare shipments according to pharmacy, warehouse, and quality standards
• Verify order contents prior to packing to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Label and organize packaged orders for distribution
• Enter and reference information using internal systems
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Follow all safety, compliance, and standard operating procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Employees are required to obtain a Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician registration after hire and onboarding; the company fully funds the process and provides end-to-end support to ensure successful completion.
• Basic math skills
• General computer, internet, and Microsoft Office skills
• Flexibility to adjust tasks or schedules as needed
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
