Job description

Traveling Physical Therapist Opportunity

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join as a traveling Physical Therapist in North Grafton, MA where you will help outpatients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new community.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Outpatient experience required. Experience with orthopedic and general outpatient caseloads preferred.
  • Demonstrated competency in completing comprehensive evaluations, goal writing, and timely documentation, including letters of medical necessity and charge entry.
  • Experience supervising or mentoring students and coordinating discipline-specific therapy services preferred.
  • Ability to follow clinic policies, physician orders, and payer documentation requirements.
Assignment Details
  • Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
  • Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
  • Duration: 13 week assignment.
