About the Role

We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Laser OperatorsNo previous manufacturing or laser experience is required. We will provide on-the-job training to teach you everything you need to know.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn a new skill, gain hands-on experience, and build a long-term career in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate TRUMPF laser cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload sheet-metal material.
  • Set up machines according to production requirements.
  • Monitor machine operation and make basic adjustments as needed.
  • Inspect finished parts using measuring tools and visual inspection.
  • Read and follow basic blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
  • Work closely with other operators, programmers, and manufacturing personnel.

Requirements

  • No prior laser experience required
  • Manufacturing or production experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM (3-day weekends!)

Pay: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour, based on experience
