Job description

As a Manufacturing Operator assigned to the Boxing area, you’ll play a hands-on role in preparing finished RFID inlays, tags, and embeddable products for shipment. You’ll package, box, and label products while helping ensure they meet quality and customer requirements.
This is a full-time position assigned to Weekend PM Shift: 7pm – 7am, Saturday-Sunday and an additional weekday (Tuesday, Wednesday OR Thursday). This role may require overtime, including extended shifts or weekend work, depending on production schedules and customer demand. Advance notice will be provided whenever possible.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety, ESD, and cleanroom protocols
  • Basic computer skills and math proficiency
  • Ability to read, understand, and communicate manufacturing documentation
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
  • Prior manufacturing or cleanroom experience preferred
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office preferred
Essential Job Functions:
Packaging
  • Prepare finished goods for shipment, including packaging, boxing, labeling, and core cutting
  • Accurately complete material transactions, including labeling and ERP system inputs
  • Ensure packaging meets quality and customer requirements
Safety, Collaboration amp; Continuous Improvement
  • Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE, ESD controls, and cleanroom gowning requirements
  • Participate in shift changeover meetings and communicate effectively with team members
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and production output
  • Support team production goals, including working overtime as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
