Creative Operations Manager

Our client, a global apparel company, is seeking a Creative Operations Manager to support targeted marketing efforts and ensure timely execution of products. This is a full-time contract position offering competitive hourly pay based on experience. Primary responsibilities will center on supporting seeding strategy and market research efforts. Ideal candidates can hit the ground running and lend effective operations skills as well as a passion for emerging culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Create systems, processes and tools that positively impact productivity, profitability, accountability and service.
  • Send seeding briefs to partners in all Geos, provide clarity on fulfillment plan and act as the liaison.
  • Oversee product needs for content creation, media placement, seeding, and inventory management.
  • Strategize on most efficient way to fulfill cross-geo product requests.
  • Manage planning and fulfillment of promo inventory needs.
  • Work with Marketing leads to establish seeding dates/tiers for collaboration projects.
  • Create seasonal executive leadership seeding strategy.
  • Partner closely with Catalyst Experience Manager to inform seasonal promo buys and product needs.
  • Provide visibility to strategic seeding direction (embargos, launch shifts, upcoming projects that require product, etc), real-time updates to our operations partners across all Geos including our LA Promo warehouse. * Create monthly/recurring seeding kits for Global Catalysts
  • Manage project budgets and timelines.
  • Oversee and process order requests, checking each request to avoid double seeding, sku and shipment details.
  • Work closely with external agencies and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree, or equivalent experience, in Marketing, Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years operations experience at an agency.
  • Background in Brand Marketing including brand design, retail, and event production.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks within strict deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency in Airtable and MS Office.
  • Must embrace change and approach projects with flexibility and an open mind.
  • Knowledgeable of ordering, briefing, and all associated inventory duties.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated financial and budgeting skills.
