Ameresco's Smart Building Solutions is looking for an Operations Manager to work out of our office in Bradenton, Florida. This role is responsible for overseeing project execution, operational efficiency, and strategic growth within the smart building and DDC controls sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building automation, project management, and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Lead and manage a team of project managers, engineers, and technicians to optimize efficiency and performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies for business growth and process improvement.
  • Ensure successful deployment of smart building solutions, including IoT, analytics, and energy management systems.
  • Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners to drive customer satisfaction and business development.
  • Monitor financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and emerging technologies in the smart building sector.
