The Role

Local Infusion is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented operations professional to own the implementation and onboarding of health plan partners across the organization - managing credentialing and payer enrollment, contract onboarding, and fee schedule accuracy, and driving timely, well-managed implementations. • Establish and improve workflows, designing measurable, scalable processes that support efficient operations as Local Infusion grows

  • Diagnose operational inefficiencies by synthesizing data across the business, surfacing root causes, and recommending targeted improvements

  • Manage payer enrollment process for new locations, including, fee schedule uploads, EDI/EFT and clearinghouse enrollment, as well as the provider credentialing process

  • Apply project management skills to ensure all partners follow best practices, deliver on time, and make full use of available tools and systems

  • Develop and share performance insights with internal teams, collaborating cross-functionally on opportunities and challenges

  • Identify and execute process improvements that make onboarding and implementation more effective, in close collaboration with Revenue Cycle, Enterprise Growth, and Operations teams

Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree preferred

  • 4+ years experience in payer operations, credentialing, provider enrollment, or revenue cycle operations, ideally at a high-growth health-tech start-up

  • Proven project management skills, with experience leading implementations or onboarding processes

  • Strong organizational & communication skills, with attention to detail

  • Nice to have: familiarity with fee schedule management, EDI/EFT set-up, credentialing, and/or payor enrollment

The Local Infusion Way

Local Infusion is a respectful upbeat team united by our mission of shaping the way specialty infusion care is delivered. We are highly ambitious but understand that in order to do a great job, we have to take care of ourselves; we expect that you will have time and energy devoted to your families, friends and hobbies.

As part of our team, full-time employees get:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance through our employer plan

  • Short and long-term disability coverage

  • 401(k) โ€” as an early-stage startup, and we match!

  • 15 Days PTO โ€” and we want you to take it!

  • Competitive paid parental leave and flexible return to work policy.

  • We invest in your career. Our company is growing quickly, and we\'ll give you the opportunity to do the same. You\'ll have access to a number of professional development opportunities so that you can keep up with the company\'s evolving needs and grow your career along the way.

We donโ€™t discriminateโ€”Local Infusion is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Employer. We fundamentally believe that a more diverse and inclusive team leads to a stronger company more able to achieve our vision.
