Operations Manager

Job Summary

The Operations Manager oversees the restaurant's day-to-day operations with a top priority of delivering fresh, fast, and safe food to exceed Guests' expectations. This leader acts as a champion of Chick-fil-A culture, driving both growth and operational excellence within the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:


Operational Leadership

  • Hands-on Support: Work alongside Team Members in all kitchen areas to ensure speed, accuracy, and consistent food quality.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed goals for service speed, order accuracy, and guest satisfaction using Chick-fil-A's "Winning Hearts Every Day" strategies.
  • Communication: Maintain constant communication with other restaurant leaders to align on goals and support collective success.
  • Administrative Oversight: Execute proper security, cash handling, and control procedures; perform other duties as assigned.

Food Safety & Quality

  • Accountability: Act as the primary point of contact for food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.
