A nationally recognized AmLaw law firm is seeking a Knowledge Management Coordinator to join its growing Knowledge & Research Services team. As a member of the Knowledge Management team, you'll play an active role in advancing firmwide knowledge initiatives and AI adoption by:
- Evaluating emerging AI platforms, including generative AI tools, to determine their effectiveness, accuracy, and practical application.
- Testing new technology solutions and documenting recommendations for leadership.
- Creating and maintaining AI training materials, prompt libraries, and user guides.
- Supporting attorneys and business professionals with AI and knowledge management tools.
- Building and maintaining SharePoint knowledge sites, document repositories, and work product libraries.
- Improving the organization, usability, and accessibility of knowledge resources.
- Supporting innovation initiatives and cross-functional technology projects.
- Assisting with knowledge operations, document management, information retrieval, and project coordination across the firm.
- Researching emerging trends in legal technology, AI, and knowledge management to help drive continuous improvement.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Hands-on experience using generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar technologies.
- Demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence, legal technology, knowledge management, or information management through work experience, coursework, certifications, internships, or independent learning.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
- A proactive mindset and genuine curiosity to explore new technologies.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and web-based collaboration platforms.
- Previous experience with SharePoint, document management systems, or within a law firm or professional services environment is highly preferred but not required.
