  • 1+ year of restaurant or hospitality experience; management experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus. 
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills. 
  • Comfortable use of technology (POS systems, inventory tools, MS Office). 
  • Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours and lift/move up to 50 lbs. 
  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
