The Senior Manager I, Operations Improvement, Facility, leads the execution of strategic business plans to enhance operational efficiency and performance. This role involves managing multiple projects, driving process improvements, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop sustainable solutions, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure alignment with company policies and standards. The role also includes mentoring associates, promoting ethical practices, and supporting organizational goals to deliver measurable results that benefit customers, associates, and stakeholders.

The Operations Improvement team drives facility efficiency and service quality by optimizing processes and managing change. Collaborating with cross-functional partners, the team identifies performance gaps, analyzes data, and implements scalable solutions aligned with strategic goals. They standardize best practices and build capabilities to ensure consistent operations across facilities. Focused on reducing delays, enhancing resource utilization, and strengthening execution, the team supports sustained performance improvements. The annual salary range for this position is $116,000.00 - $174,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
