Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Residential New Construction and Service Plumbing Operations Manager to oversee and manage our plumbing operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential plumbing, a strong leadership background, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of residential new construction and service plumbing projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
  • Manage and mentor a team of plumbers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet organizational goals.
  • P & L responsibility.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing regulations.
