Job Title:         Operations Supervisor

Client:              Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company
Location:         East Moline, IL 61244
Duration:         12 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion)
Shift:                2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

Description:

• Supervise production and maintenance employees on assigned shift
• Ensure delivery, quality, safety, and cost targets are achieved
• Provide employee guidance, communication, and performance feedback
• Assign work schedules, overtime, and daily production priorities
• Monitor production quality and troubleshoot workmanship issues
• Support maintenance planning and maximize equipment uptime
• Lead continuous improvement and safety initiatives
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and project work
• Diagnose machine issues and support repair/improvement activities
• Support troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and automation systems
• Prepare reports and support operational analysis activities

Required Skills:
