This is an opportunity for a hands-on operations leader who can develop people, strengthen performance, improve safety, and drive measurable business results. The Operations Manager will play a key role in creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement while ensuring the operation consistently delivers exceptional service to customers

Key Responsibilities Lead and develop front-line leaders through coaching, mentoring, performance management, and ongoing professional development. Promote a strong safety culture by developing safe, accountable drivers through targeted training, compliance oversight, coaching, and mentoring. Partner across the organization with other operational and support teams to identify challenges and implement solutions that effectively address customer needs.

Analyze financial and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement, control costs, increase efficiency, and maximize overall business results. Establish annual performance objectives and metrics, then monitor progress to ensure teams remain on track to achieve and exceed expectations. Foster a positive, performance-driven work environment where employees are engaged, supported, and motivated to succeed.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, or a minimum of four years of relevant professional experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees, leaders, and business partners. Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to set goals, solve problems, and consistently deliver desired outcomes.

Proven ability to coach, lead, motivate, and influence teams in a fast-paced operational environment. Strong leadership presence, sound judgment, and the ability to balance employee development with business priorities. Understanding of and/or experience managing a P&L would be a big plus.
