Requirements
  • At least 12 years of experience working in enterprise software in Design, Design Operations, or Program Management roles
  • Outstanding partnership and relationship-building skills in cross-functional environments
  • Familiarity with design processes and agile or scrum methodologies
  • Superb communication skills across multiple mediums
  • A related technical degree required
  • Experience establishing credibility with senior executives
  • Experience running events and programs for internal teams or external customers
  • Experience designing and thinking in systems like mobile apps or content management systems
