Job description

Job Overview:
Under the direction of the Director of Internal Operations, the Operations Coordinator administratively supports order fulfillment, inventory management, quality control and policy adherence. This position is designed to provide an administrative support to drive existing inventory and operational processes and actively support the Divisions high volume transactional tempo. Success in this position is defined by the coordinators ability to adhere to and expand upon the processes in place driving the teams consistent ability to meet our daily goal: delivering the right equipment, in good repair, to the right place.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Fulfillment- Administrative:
    • Support the inventory overbooking process and, as applicable, identify/resolve the specific root issue
    • Review software tickets for accuracy in terms of equipment and supplies
    • Identify and communicate internal operations-related sub rental requirements and support the overall sub rental process with all key stakeholders.
    • Track and provide administrative support on all Will Call orders
  • Operations - Administrative:
    • Support in the development of, adherence to and execution of all Divisional inventory management policies and procedures
    • Responsible for the tracking and management of all RL&F surplus inventory items, including notification of predetermined item re-order points
    • Initiate and manage the false book ticketing process and ensure timely and accurate resolution of all damaged or missing equipment
    • Communicate any parts/equipment issues reported by the Internal Operations Teams
    • Oversee the procurement process for all Internal Operations supplies and equipment
    • Track all project based assignments, to include full project costing and repair time of items
    • In conjunction with the Internal Operations Teams and P&A Team, manage the receival and initial inventorying process for all purchased items and equipment
  • Collaboration & Teamwork:
    • Establish strong working relationships and demonstrate professionalism with fellow employees especially Production Managers, Directors, and the Sales Team
    • Act as liaison between and coordinate with the following people/groups as needed to facilitate successful events :
      • Field Operations
      • Production Managers
      • Sales Teams
    • Assist other team members as needed
