As a premier behavioral health hospital, we provide inpatient treatment for adolescents using a patient-centered, collaborative approach. Our mission is to create a responsive, healing environment that inspires hope and promotes overall well-being through high-quality, integrated care.Role Overview
Join a dedicated nursing team making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and adolescents. As a Behavioral Health RN, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-based care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team.Core Responsibilities
Clinical Care
  • Provide high-quality nursing care in a behavioral health setting
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed
  • Accurately document patient care and daily progress
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to implement measurable goals

Leadership & Environment
  • Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment that protects patient rights

Qualifications
Required
  • Active Arkansas RN license

  • Inpatient psychiatric experience
Schedule
  • 12-hour day shifts (10a-10p)
