Hertford Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a strong and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversight Friday through Sunday. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN looking for a consistent weekend leadership role in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.
Position Overview
The RN Weekend Supervisor serves as the clinical leader on duty, overseeing nursing operations, supporting staff, and ensuring exceptional resident care and regulatory compliance throughout the weekend.
Schedule
  • Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
  • Days
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs during weekend shifts
  • Ensure high-quality resident care and accurate clinical documentation
  • Maintain compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations
  • Respond to clinical concerns, emergencies, and family needs
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
