University Health & Rehabilitation Center in Durham, NC is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team in the role of RN House Weekend Supervisor. 7a - 3p and 3p - 11p (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).

As the RN House Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in our ability to continuously provide Care Beyond Compare through your exceptional leadership and supervision of the nursing team. You'll be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices, and empowering our nursing team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to every patient. Your guidance and support will be pivotal in maintaining our standards of excellence and enhancing the overall patient experience.
