Fuquay-Varina Health & Rehabilitation Center in Fuquay-Varina, NC is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to join our compassionate care team!

As the RN Weekend Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in helping us deliver Care Beyond Compare through exceptional leadership and hands-on support of our nursing team. You’ll ensure that high standards of resident care are consistently met, guide and mentor staff, and help maintain a positive and collaborative work environment focused on excellence and compassion.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care

  • Oversee and coordinate care plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team
