We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as our MDS Coordinator.As an MDS Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely completion of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments and care plans for our residents.
