Pay: $20.00 per hour
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Banquet Setup & Cleanup Crew. Team members play a key role in ensuring events are set up professionally and cleaned efficiently after completion. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
  • Break down event setups and return equipment to designated storage locations.
  • Sweep and mop all dining rooms, bar area, dessert room, common areas, and dance floor.
  • Remove trash and recyclables and ensure proper disposal.
  • Vacuum all rugs throughout banquet areas.
  • Clean all bathroom areas, disinfect, and restock all paper goods.
  • Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, chairs, and linens.
  • Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with banquet, catering, and event staff to ensure successful events.

Qualifications
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods.
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
