Position Type: Part Time 2pm-10pm Weekend Only

Job Summary:ย 

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant to join our skilled nursing facility team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Work Environment:ย 

This position operates in a clinical healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:ย 

  • Resident Care: Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.ย 

  • Mobility Assistance: Help residents with mobility issues, including transferring, positioning, and ambulating safely.ย 

  • Vital Signs Monitoring: Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.ย 

  • Documentation: Accurately document all care provided, changes in residentsโ€™ conditions, and any other pertinent information in electronic health records.ย 

  • Communication: Report any changes in residentsโ€™ conditions or concerns to the nursing staff or supervisor in a timely manner.

  • Supportive Tasks: Assist with feeding, preparing meals, and providing companionship to enhance residentsโ€™ quality of life.ย 

  • Infection Control: Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.ย 

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and physicians, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.ย 

Qualifications:ย
