Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor (Industrial Site)Job Summary

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations within the industrial site to ensure a clean, safe, and compliant working environment. This role involves supervising housekeeping staff, coordinating daily cleaning activities, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards, and maintaining high levels of cleanliness across production, utility, and administrative areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities across the industrial site

  • Assign tasks, schedule shifts, and monitor performance of housekeeping staff

  • Ensure cleaning procedures meet site standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements

  • Conduct regular inspections of work areas, equipment, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and order

  • Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment

  • Enforce health, safety, and PPE compliance for housekeeping personnel

  • Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and safety teams to support site activities

  • Report housekeeping issues, incidents, or supply needs to management

  • Train new and existing staff on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and site policies
