What You Can Expect:
- Prepare, organize, and maintain data required for client billing.
- Work with various departments to gather complete and accurate information.
- Review submitted data for missing, incomplete, duplicate, or inconsistent information.
- Assist with preparing, issuing, and processing customer invoices.
- Maintain supporting documentation for billing and financial records.
- Track the purchasing of warehouse supplies, consumables, and services.
- Update and maintain Excel trackers, financial reports, and source files.
- Assist with reconciling information between invoices, operational reports, purchasing records, and internal systems.
- Prepare structured data for Power BI dashboards and financial reporting.
- Support the development and maintenance of standardized data-entry and reporting procedures.
- Assist with other accounting, billing, reporting, and finance-related tasks as required.
- Other job duties assigned.
What You Bring:
