PureRenew Plus Corporation (a minority and woman co-owned franchise of Filta Group) is looking for Full Time Cleaning Service Technicians. You will use our specialized equipment to filter their cooking oil, clean their frying equipment, and restock their oil and other Filta supplies. Technicians may also perform full kitchen cleaning services using our specialized equipment.
Full Time Cleaning Service Technician Responsibilities:
  • Clean kitchen fryers (oil filtration, cleaning, restocking oil) using Filta MFU Filtering equipment
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Drive the company vehicle (Ram Promaster) to customer locations
  • Record services for each customer using provided phone app
  • Complete daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance of equipment, as well as routine preventative maintenance
  • Keep van clean, stocked, well-organized, and communicate supply requests as needed
  • Return equipment and dump used oil at the warehouse

Hours:
The overnight shift starts between 11:00pm and 4am, depending on customer needs. You can expect to work an 8 hour shift (ending 8am-1pm, depending on the start time).
Qualifications:
  • Must be able to work legally in the United States (Social Security Number)
  • A valid MA driver's license is required with 5 years of good driving history
  • Ability to handle physical workload, including night work, hot working conditions and ability to lift at least 75 pounds
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from warehouse (not public transportation accessible)
  • Must have a smart phone with text and email capability
  • Conversational English required
  • Previous experience in machinery, custodial services, kitchen services, or other related fields a plus
  • Positive attitude, flexible when routes and schedules change
  • Desire to help the company grow

Compensation:
  • During 4-6 week training period: $20 hourly
  • After training is complete: $25 hourly
  • Bonus opportunities for lead technicians who take on more responsibilities

  • Paychecks are issued two times each month
