  • Provide leadership on projects involving marine works, offshore structures, dams, water control systems, heavy civil infrastructure, or similarly complex construction environments.
  • Monitor contractor performance for compliance with contract documents, technical specifications, project schedules, and safety requirements.
  • Identify construction risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays, cost overruns, and field conflicts.
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, environmental, safety, procurement, and client stakeholders to resolve technical and operational issues.
  • Review and validate construction schedules, work plans, method statements, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and applicable federal, state, and local codes.
  • Lead site meetings, progress reviews, and reporting efforts for internal leadership and client teams.
  • Support claims avoidance and dispute resolution through strong documentation, contract administration, and field oversight.
  • Drive a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and construction excellence across the project site.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
    • An equivalent combination of education and significant relevant experience may be considered.

  • Significant experience managing projects in one or more of the following areas:

    • Offshore platform construction
    • Dam construction or rehabilitation
    • Heavy civil or water infrastructure
  • Demonstrated success leading onsite construction execution for high-risk, technically complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, sequencing, contract administration, scheduling, cost controls, and quality management.
  • Experience managing contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary field teams.
  • Strong understanding of construction safety programs and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction contracts.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to work full-time onsite in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional Engineer license, CCM, PMP, or other relevant construction/project management certification.
  • Experience with USACE, federal infrastructure projects, or large public-sector programs.
  • Background in concrete structures, hydraulic systems, cofferdams, marine foundations, structural steel, or geotechnical works.
  • Experience with environmental compliance and permitting on water-related or heavy civil projects.
  • Proven experience with schedule recovery, claims mitigation, and complex stakeholder coordination.
  • OSHA 30 or other advanced safety training.
