As a Clinical Physical Therapist at Centra, you will work onsite in our outpatient office located in Avenel, New Jersey. This setting allows for close engagement with your patients and a collaborative atmosphere with your colleagues. The work hours are flexible, mainly composed of Monday to Friday schedules, giving you the opportunity to tailor your hours to fit your personal life while providing comprehensive care to your patients.

• Assess and evaluate patients recovering from various injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions in an outpatient setting.
• Create personalized treatment plans based on patient evaluations while utilizing methods such as exercise, stretching, hands-on therapy, and specialized equipment to alleviate pain and enhance movement.
• Document treatment protocols and patient progress meticulously, ensuring thorough tracking of outcomes and responses to therapy.
• Continuously monitor and adjust therapy goals and treatment plans as warranted by patient progress or changing needs.
• Educate and train patients, their families, and caregivers on effective use of therapeutic tools and physical therapy techniques.
• Maintain professional and technical expertise by engaging in ongoing education, attending workshops, and participating in relevant professional societies.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, ranging from children to adults with various medical backgrounds and physical conditions. • A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
