• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, which include reviewing medical histories and performing specific assessments to inform treatment plans.
• Engage with patients and their families by clearly explaining evaluation results and collaboratively setting achievable goals.
• Implement individualized treatment protocols that reflect evaluation findings, academic knowledge, and adapt as necessary to align with patient needs and clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate proactively with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to adjust care plans based on real-time assessments of patient progress and health changes.
• Perform detailed documentation of patient care activities, including progress notes, interim summaries, and discharge plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Manage time effectively to meet patient throughput targets while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
• Participate in departmental goal-setting and compliance with governmental regulations to enhance the effectiveness of patient care.
• Engage in self-directed professional development and mentorship of aspiring physical therapy students.
• Actively contribute to improving the patient experience through flexible scheduling and addressing any barriers to access for care.

As a Clinical Physical Therapist, you will primarily serve adult patients dealing with various musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Our outpatient facilities cater to a diverse demographic, and as such, our approach integrates personalized therapy with evidence-based practices tailored to individual patient needs.

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Current and valid physical therapy license in the State of New Jersey.
• American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification.
• A commitment to learning and professional growth.

• A minimum of two years of experience in outpatient physical therapy is preferred, but new graduates with a strong clinical background will also be considered.
