Job description

Summary/Objective:
The Football Operations Coordinator supports the Football Operations team by coordinating routine game day logistics, crew communication, credentialing details, travel coordination, shipments, and administrative tracking under general direction.
Responsibilities:
  • Confirm support staff for assigned camera and audio crews for weekly games, escalating staffing challenges as needed.
  • Communicate club policies and procedures relating to credentialing, parking, security, and stadium access to assigned crews.
  • Prepare and track FedEx shipments to crew members and resolve any delivery exceptions.
  • Coordinate routine travel needs with the travel department, including air, hotel, and ground transportation details.
  • Maintain detailed game notes, documentation, and crew communications to ensure crews receive accurate information.
  • Monitor timecards, onboarding paperwork, and background check status in coordination with HR.
  • Coordinate with courier company all details required for prompt recovery of media from games.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper documentation of game media is provided to crews.

Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of production, field operations, event operations, or related logistics experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.

Preferred Education and Experience:
Working knowledge of NFL game operations, NFL Films production workflows, crew roles, and stadium access processes.
