We own and operate a broad array of businesses engaged in recorded music, music publishing, merchandising, and audiovisual content in more than 60 countries. We identify and develop recording artists and songwriters, and we produce, distribute and promote the most critically acclaimed and commercially successful music to delight and entertain fans around the world.

How we LEAD: Capitol Christian Music Group is seeking a strategic, commercially minded music business professional to drive catalog growth and deepen relationships with artists, managers, and distribution partners. Sitting at the intersection of Commercial and Marketing, this role will be responsible for maximizing the value of CCMG's catalog assets while serving as a trusted partner to artists and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of music catalog monetization, a strong professional presence, and the ability to articulate why CCMG is uniquely positioned to steward, market, and grow an artist's catalog better than anyone else in the industry. How you'll CREATE: Catalog Growth & Commercial Strategy – Develop and execute catalog growth strategies designed to maximize consumption, engagement, and revenue across CCMG's catalog.

Identify high‐potential catalog opportunities and create plans to unlock incremental value through marketing, partnerships, content, product development, and commercial initiatives. Monitor catalog performance, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities. Partner closely with Commercial and Marketing teams to align catalog priorities with broader business objectives. Project Management – Serve as the lead project manager for key catalog initiatives, ensuring cross‐functional alignment and flawless execution.

Build and oversee integrated marketing plans for priority catalog campaigns, anniversaries, milestones, reissues, and artist‐focused initiatives. Coordinate efforts across audience development, creative, media, commercial partnerships, and artist teams. Establish clear objectives, timelines, KPIs, and post‐campaign performance analyses. Artist & Distribution Relationships – Build trusted relationships with artists, managers, distribution partners, and other external stakeholders.

Support artist, management, and partner conversations by providing strategic catalog insights, performance updates, and growth opportunities. Develop data‐driven presentations and growth plans that communicate catalog performance, opportunities, and strategic recommendations. Serve as a primary point of contact for strategic catalog‐related opportunities and partner discussions.

Cross‐Functional Collaboration – Collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial, Revenue, Sync, Audience Development, and Creative teams to ensure alignment around catalog priorities. Advocate for catalog initiatives internally and externally, driving organizational focus and investment where appropriate. Lead cross‐functional working groups to advance key catalog projects and long‐term growth strategies. Analytics & Business Insights – Analyze streaming, sales, social, and audience data to evaluate performance and guide decision‐making.

Develop recommendations based on consumption trends, audience behavior, and revenue opportunities. Create high‐level reporting and presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders. Bring your VIBE:
