Radiology Opening Beckley, West Virginia No Call | No Weekends | Leadership & Quality-Focused Opportunity A leading integrated healthcare system in Beckley, West Virginia is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Radiologist to join a well-established imaging department providing comprehensive inpatient and outpatient diagnostic services. This is an excellent opportunity for a Radiologist seeking strong clinical support, a predictable weekday schedule, and the ability to contribute to quality initiatives, interdisciplinary collaboration, and program development all without call, weekend, or holiday responsibilities. Position Highlights MondayFriday schedule: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM No call coverage No weekends or holidays Inpatient and outpatient practice setting Collaborative, multidisciplinary environment Leadership and quality improvement involvement Stable and well-supported Radiology department Compensation & Benefits Compensation $400,000 Base salary Competitive physician compensation package Additional incentives may be available Benefits Up to $200,000 in student loan repayment assistance Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Federal retirement programs with matching contributions Generous PTO and paid holidays CME support Malpractice coverage included Clinical Responsibilities Interpret and report a wide range of imaging studies with clinical correlation Review and optimize imaging protocols based on appropriateness criteria Provide diagnostic services across: Diagnostic Radiology CT MRI Ultrasound Nuclear Medicine Interventional Radiology Communicate critical and time-sensitive findings promptly Support radiation safety and imaging quality initiatives Participate in peer review, QA activities, MRI safety, and protocol review Collaborate with referring providers on exam selection and imaging interpretation Participate in multidisciplinary conferences, including Tumor Board discussions Assist with strategic planning, education, and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited institution Board Eligible or Board Certified in Radiology Active, unrestricted U.S.

medical license DEA license BLS certification Strong communication and collaboration skills Preferred Experience Experience interpreting virtual colonoscopies and cardiac CT angiography (or willingness to learn) Experience supervising trainees or advanced practice providers Strong interest in quality improvement and interdisciplinary collaboration Why Beckley, West Virginia?
