• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients to identify functional limitations and develop effective treatment plans.
• Implement treatment interventions that may include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education, while continually reassessing each patient's progress.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including physicians and support staff, to ensure cohesive patient care and communication.
• Provide consultations to healthcare providers about a patient’s ongoing treatment and continuum of care, ensuring all parties are informed of patient status.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives that promote physical wellness and education, contributing to continuous quality improvement and program development.
• Accurately document patient care and services provided, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and professional standards for documentation.
• Supervise assigned support staff and contribute to their professional development and training.
• Participate in staff meetings and enhance your skills through ongoing education and self-study opportunities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

• Proficiency in word processing and electronic healthcare record systems is essential to maintain accurate documentation.

While a minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist is required, candidates with additional specialized training in manual therapy techniques or experience in a rehabilitation facility setting will be given preference. Familiarity with outcome measurement tools and Telehealth services is also viewed favorably.

This Full-Time Physical Therapist position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 per year, reflecting your expertise and commitment to patient care.
