Mindful Moments Counseling is seeking a dedicated and licensed mental health professional to join our dynamic remote team as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). Work Environment

This remote position allows mental health professionals to work from the comfort of their homes while actively engaging in client care through virtual sessions. Our innovative clinic is equipped with the latest telehealth technology, allowing seamless communication and interaction. As part of a dedicated team, you will have the support necessary for cultivating creative therapeutic approaches in a flexible work setting. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional afternoons or weekends for specific client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately determine clients' mental health concerns and treatment needs.
• Designing and implementing tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that align with individual recovery goals.
• Providing therapeutic interventions through individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, utilizing diverse modalities appropriate for various mental health challenges.
• Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams—including psychologists, social workers, and medical providers—to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Maintaining confidential records and documentation according to legal and ethical standards, ensuring the integrity of client information.
• Participating in regular supervision and case conferences, emphasizing continuous professional development and training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Mindful Moments Counseling, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma-related conditions, mood disorders, and addiction. The commitment to a collaborative and client-centered approach helps clients feel empowered in their healing journey. You will engage with clients from various backgrounds, fostering an inclusive environment that respects and values their unique experiences.

Qualifications

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience conducting individual and group therapy within mental health frameworks.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others relevant to mental health treatment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building rapport with a diverse array of clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a commitment to ethical practices and client confidentiality.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a mental health counseling role.
• Experience in a community health clinic setting is advantageous.
• Previous work with trauma-informed care and addiction recovery is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
