We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SharePoint Lists, Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. Specific Responsibilities: * Work closely with analysts, operators, and leadership to gather requirements and translate operational needs into Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions.
* Design, build, and sustain Power Apps (canvas apps) and Power Automate workflows to streamline data collection, tasking, approvals, and reporting across staff sections.
* Build and update Power BI dashboards to visualize trends, metrics, and mission-critical insights for senior leader decision-making.
* Maintain, manage, and optimize SharePoint sites, Lists, and Microsoft 365 data sources serving as the data backbone for operational and performance reporting.
* Validate data inputs, troubleshoot data access and workflow issues, and ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting products.
* Support high-visibility assessments and recurring deliverables through structured data analysis.
* Assist with documentation, SOP creation, knowledge management, and user training related to Microsoft 365 tools.
* Ensure solutions comply with DoD information security policies and Law Enforcement classification requirements. Required Education/Experience: * 2+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; will consider experience in lieu of degree
* Hands-on experience developing with Power Apps (canvas apps), Power Automate, and Power BI, including dashboards, data modeling, and visualizations
* Experience working with DoD data, systems, or mission partners.
* Strong proficiency in SharePoint (Lists, Views, Permissions).
* Ability to analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate operational needs into technical requirements
* Experience validating data, troubleshooting data issues, and ensuring consistent reporting quality
* Effective organizational, planning, and time management skills; comfort handling multiple simultaneous priorities.
* Ability to work independently while responding promptly to requests for information.
* Active DoD TS security clearance with SCI eligibility. Preferred Experience: * Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-900, PL-100, PL-300)
* Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform governance
* Experience supporting PACOM intelligence or operations
* Previous experience supporting DoD, counter-drug, and law enforcement missions
* Familiarity with Command and Control of the Information Environment (C2IE) Security Clearance Requirement: An active Top Secret security clearance is required to apply, however, the selected candidate must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI clearance prior to the start date.
