Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a Full-time Dermatology Medical Assistant at Dumfries Ambulatory Care Center! Join a modern outpatient military health center and enjoy steady hours, great benefits, and meaningful work caring for service members and their families.
Position Highlights:
  • Monday-Friday; no weekends!
  • Emphasis on work-life balance (no weekend, evening, on-call, or holiday requirements)

Responsibilities:
  • Taking a patient's history and personal information upon arrival of appointment
  • Scheduling appointments and answering the phone
  • Checking patient vitals and provide assistance to physician in office with dermatological procedures

Requirements:
  • Required: Graduated from an Accredited Medical Assistant program
  • Required: 2-years of experience as a medical assistant. At least 3 months experience working in a dermatology or cosmetic setting (resume must reflect solid experience within derm.)
  • Active BLS certification
