To overcome this, it’s important to stay updated on coding guidelines and utilize available digital resources or coding forums. Additionally, effective communication with weekday team members through documentation or scheduled check-ins helps ensure continuity and accuracy. Weekend coders should also be proactive in seeking clarification or feedback during regular team meetings to address any issues encountered during their shifts.
