Packaging Associate - Cleanroom

We are seeking a Cleanroom Packaging Associates to support the production of pipettes used in medical and scientific applications. This contract opportunity offers hands-on experience in a highly regulated cleanroom environment focused on quality, precision, and compliance. In this role, you will begin by performing labeling, sleeving, packaging, and inspection duties, with opportunities to cross-train into microscope-based assembly and operation of semi-automated manufacturing equipment.

Pay: $23.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Location: Englewood, CO

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform labeling, sleeving, packaging, and inspection of pipette products.
  • Follow cleanroom procedures and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
  • Conduct visual inspections and microscope-based inspections to ensure product quality.
  • Assemble small components with precision and attention to detail.
  • Operate heat-forming equipment and support manufacturing processes.
  • Learn and operate semi-automated production equipment as trained.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
  • Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to follow detailed work instructions and GMP guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and working with small components.
