About the Community: Inspire is a 369-unit apartment community located in the SouthPark neighborhood in Charlotte, NC. Residents at Inspire can enjoy many community amenities, including a resort-inspired pool and a two-story state-of-the-art fitness center.
About the Role: Northland is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to complete maintenance service requests and work orders including, but not limited to, HVAC, electrical, pool maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and housekeeping items. This role will also complete apartments turnovers for scheduled move-ins in a timely manner while working safely and efficiently.
Northland's maintenance team always maintains the highest level of professionalism and customer service when working with our residents, vendors, and guests. As part of our promise to deliver a top-tier experience to our residents, maintenance team members are required to handle after-hours emergency calls, and be on-call, as needed, including nights and weekends.
