About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable and service-oriented Maintenance Technician to support the weekend maintenance operations of a luxury condominium community. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this role plays a key part in keeping common areas and residential units operating smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on skills who enjoys variety and takes pride in quality work.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs in common areas and residential units.
  • Handle entry-level tasks including light plumbing, basic electrical work, painting, drywall patching, carpentry, and lock repairs.
  • Assist with HVAC-related tasks such as filter replacement and basic inspections.
  • Support move-ins and move-outs by preparing common areas and assisting with logistics.
  • Escort vendors and contractors, operate freight elevators as needed, and conduct walkthroughs before and after work is completed.
  • Assist with general building upkeep, porter duties, and package handling when needed.
  • Serve as backup support to the Maintenance Supervisor when required.

Education & Experience

  • Prior experience in residential facilities is a plus.
