Experienced CNC Machinist

Manitowoc Pattern & Machining – Manitowoc, WI

Weekend Nights | Work 36 Hours, Get Paid for 40!

Friday - Sunday | 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM

Three days of work. Four days off. Full-time pay.

Manitowoc Pattern & Machining (MP&M) is looking for an experienced Machinist who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and solving complex machining challenges. If you're tired of working five or six days a week and want more time with your family while maintaining full-time earnings, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.

Work only 36 hours and get paid for 40

  • Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
  • Four consecutive days off every week

Paid daytime training

  • Initial training will be completed on Friday-Sunday, 5:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • Learn our processes while working alongside experienced team members before transitioning to nights

What You'll Do

  • Set up and operate complex machining equipment
  • Program and create 3-5 axis tool paths using Mastercam
  • Select tooling and machining methods to produce high-quality components
  • Collaborate with Engineering to achieve tight tolerances and design objectives
  • Maintain equipment, tooling, and work area to the highest standards
  • Produce quality work that supports aerospace, industrial, and precision manufacturing customers

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of machining experience or completion of a Machining Apprenticeship
  • Strong setup experience with CNC machining
  • Mastercam experience preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints and process documentation
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Someone who enjoys taking ownership and producing quality work
