Basic Function

⚡ Program, set up, and operate Wire EDM machines to manufacture precision components while maximizing machine efficiency and uptime.


Key Responsibilities💻 Develop wire EDM programs for efficient machining.🎯 Machine components to required tolerances and deadlines. 🔧 Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on EDM equipment. 📈 Optimize unattended machine run time through effective programming and setup. 🌙 Monitor and support after-hours and weekend machine operation.

Education amp; Experience

🧠 Skills: Computer proficiency, advanced math, blueprint reading.

🎓 Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 5–7 years of wire EDM experience and/or training.
