  • Partner with production, supply chain, containerization, launch, and engineering teams to develop practical and scalable material delivery solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement activities by analyzing existing operations, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing countermeasures that improve throughput, cost, ergonomics, and operator efficiency.
  • Ensure material systems and workstation support designs align with safety, ergonomic, quality, and manufacturing requirements.
  • Coach and support plant teams in the adoption of standardized LMS processes, lean principles, and best practices.
  • Work as one team across all levels of the organization to drive accountability, execution, and results.

  • Experience with AutoCAD, Teamcenter Visualization, FactoryCAD, or similar layout and design tools.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems, material automation, or plant material technologies.
  • Understanding of ergonomic analysis, operator support systems, and workstation presentation design.
