Job description

Description:

Tired of feeling like you're on a productivity treadmill?
Ready to practice medicine the way it should be — with time to connect, a team that has your back, and no pressure to churn through patients?

At LINK Healthcare, we’re redefining primary care. Our innovative, independent clinic in Schofield, WI is looking for a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) who’s ready to make a real difference — for patients and themselves.

Why You'll Love Working at LINK:
  • No weekends, evenings, holidays, or on-call
  • No RVUs, no quotas, no production-based pressure
  • 30-minute minimum appointments
  • Average 10–15 patients per day
  • AI scribe support = more time with patients, less time charting
  • Freedom from big system red tape — we focus on people, not policies
  • Work directly with experienced leadership — Dr. Araya and Mark Wozniak, PA-C
Requirements:What You'll Do:
  • Provide comprehensive primary care for acute and chronic conditions
  • Perform exams, diagnose, treat, and manage care independently
  • Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostics
  • Perform minor procedures: laceration repair, lesion removal, splinting, cryotherapy, etc.
  • Prescribe medications and counsel patients on treatment plans
  • Occasionally provide on-site care for local employer groups
  • Contribute ideas — we're a small, growing team and your voice matters
What We're Looking For:
  • Licensed NP or PA in the state of Wisconsin
  • Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program
  • Minimum 3 years of primary care experience
  • DEA and BLS certification
  • NRCME certification preferred (or willing to obtain within 90 days)
  • Tech-savvy, team-oriented, and passionate about great care
What You’ll Get:
  • Competitive salary (based on experience)
  • Company-paid life, short-term & long-term disability insurance
  • Simple IRA with 3% match
  • Free access to LINK Healthcare services for your family along with physical therapy
  • Supportive environment focused on your growth and well-being

At LINK, you’ll have the autonomy you want, the support you need, and the time to care the way you were trained to.

If that sounds like the job you’ve been waiting for — let’s talk.

Apply now and take the next step in your career.
