This position is responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies that elevate the brands of Isleworth Golf & Country Club and Isleworth Realty.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plan, create and publish platform-specific content while maintaining a detailed, forward-looking content calendar that aligns with marketing initiatives, events, real estate activity and key organizational priorities.
  • Capture and produce high-quality photo and video content that showcases the Club, community, amenities, events, Member experiences, and real estate offerings across digital channels
  • Track performance metrics, prepare regular analytics reports and leverage insights to optimize content strategy, audience engagement, and platform growth
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing the department’s digital asset library, ensuring photography and video content is properly archived, accessible and available for future marketing initiatives
  • Help coordinate photography and videography needs, including scheduling external creative partners and managing content delivery to support ongoing marketing initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Two or more years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or a related role
  • Graphic design experience and proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Familiarity with social media management, scheduling, analytics, and reporting tools
  • Availability to capture content during occasional evening, weekend, and special events as needed
