What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of mechanical assemblers to achieve safety, quality, and production goals
  • Coordinate daily work assignments and production priorities
  • Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members
  • Ensure products are assembled according to specifications, blueprints, and quality standards
  • Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with manufacturing leadership, engineering, and quality teams to support continuous improvement efforts
  • Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
  • Monitor materials, tools, and resources to support successful production operations
What You'll BringRequired Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of mechanical assembly or manufacturing operations experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of leadership, lead, or supervisory experience
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
  • Experience using hand tools and measuring instruments
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
