Job Summary

The HR Service Delivery Assistant serves as the first point of contact for employees, leaders, and visitors engaging with the People & Culture function at Centralus Health. This role provides front-line support by managing inquiries, facilitating intake of requests, and ensuring individuals are connected to the appropriate resources, teams, or processes in a timely and professional manner. The HR Service Delivery Assistant supports daily front desk and call center operations, helping maintain a welcoming, organized, and responsive environment. This role plays a key part in delivering a positive employee experience by providing accurate information and supporting basic People & Culture processes.


Job Functions (5-10)

  1. *Employee Support:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries and issues, providing expert guidance and a path to resolution.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate communication of HR policies, procedures, and programs to employees.
  • Handle first-level escalations and provide solutions for challenging employee relations cases.
  • Cross collaborations with other HR team members and system managers to provide timely solutions to employees.
  1. *Call Center Support:
  • Support call center operations by managing incoming calls, providing general People & Culture information, and ensuring timely escalation of complex or sensitive matters.
  1. *Employee Engagement support:
  • Support employee engagement initiatives on a system-wide basis and improve employee engagement.
  1. *Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee databases
  • Ensure data integrity, privacy and compliance with data protection regulations.
  1. Compliance and Policy Adherence:
  • Maintain up to date awareness of HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
  1. Other Duties as Assigned:
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support organizational priorities, operational needs, and the evolving goals of the department.

Education / Experience Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or a related role


Preferred:

  • Experience in a healthcare, human resources, or customer service environment.
  • Familiarity with HR processes, systems, or service center operations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to remain at a workstation and move around the workspace as needed to complete job tasks, and operate standard office equipment including computers and telephones, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and via digital platforms.
  • Ability to work in extreme heat or cold.
