Saint Francis Linen Services is located at 5402 S 129th E Ave, Tulsa, OK 74134

Job Summary: Supervises laundry employees to maintain quality and quantity of linen production and delivery. Inputs linen and payroll data into computer.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: None.
Work Experience: 6 months to 1 year of related experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Computer knowledge and basic computer skills. Good interpersonal skills.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Supervises laundry and linen production flow. Assures all stations are manned. Assures all par level are met and carts are changed out every day. Supervises employees; inspects quality of linen processed and monitors production. Trains all new employees and enforces safety rules and regulations. Assists manager in administering hospital/departmental policies, procedures and evaluations. Recommends disciplinary action when necessary. Input laundry data on computer; payroll and linen management program. Assures employees keep a neat and clean work environment. Assumes responsibility of laundry and linen service in the absence of manager. Follows safe work practices and infection control procedures.
Decision Making: Independent judgment in making decisions involving non-routine problems under general supervision.
Working Relationships: Direct Supervision of others (24). Prepares and gives performance evaluations. Works directly with patients and/or customers. Works with internal customers via telephone or face to face interaction. Works with external customers via telephone or face to face interaction. Works with other healthcare professionals and staff. Works frequently with individuals at Director level or above.
