Join Our Team as a Landscape Installer

Are you passionate about creating beautiful outdoor spaces? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a love for working with plants and landscapes? Ultimate Innovations, Inc. is seeking a dedicated, experienced Landscape Installer to join our team. Join us in creating beautiful and healthy landscapes.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Install landscapes, irrigation, and lighting within the allotted time schedule
  • Follow specs and blueprints to properly lay out and install a job
  • Be able to identify various plants, trees, shrubs, groundcover, & grass by name
  • Be able to safely operate landscape equipment, such as: Bob Cat, Backhoe, Trencher, and Dingo
  • Be able to properly use landscape hand tools.
  • Follow all safety procedures and rules

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in landscaping and horticulture
  • Knowledge of gardening practices and techniques
  • Experience with landscape tools and equipment
  • Experience with laying or plugging sod
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control inspection
  • Strong communication skills 

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Carpentry skills for building custom landscape features
  • Hardscapes
  • Basic computer skills

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in using landscaping equipment and machinery
  • Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and maintenance
  • Must have a valid Hawaii Driver's license

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $58,000 per year, based on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, medical flexible spending account, holiday pay, paid time off, long-term disability, short-term disability, and paid bereavement leave.
