LANDSCAPE WORKER 3
The Four Seasons Resort Lāna'i is looking for a Landscape Worker 3 who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Landscaper 3 performs a variety of landscaping, irrigation, and grounds maintenance duties to maintain the appearance and functionality of resort grounds. This role operates landscaping equipment and tools, supports irrigation system repairs, and assists with turf care, pruning, planting, and general grounds upkeep while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to established quality standards. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Operate landscaping and maintenance equipment, including heavy machinery, power tools, and groundskeeping equipment, while performing routine equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance

  • Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, turf care, planting, and general upkeep of resort grounds with a focus on quality and safety

  • Monitor equipment performance, report maintenance needs or operational issues, and provide updates on assigned projects and work activities as needed

  • Support daily operations by directing assigned team members, transporting employees to and from job sites when required, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to established standards

  • Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols and exercising proper care of company property, equipment, and facilities

  • Performs lifting and other physically demanding duties as required.

  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States

  • The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts

  • Ability to work in a wide range of environmental and physical conditions

  • Hawaii Driver's License/Drivers Abstract required
